Who We Are
JRP Master Builders is owned and operated by James R Parker. Born and raised in Mineola, James has a deep heritage in East Texas. Beginning his construction business in 2000, he gained knowledge and experience in the construction industry, Then, in 2008, James and his family relocated to Ruidoso, New Mexico,
where the company flourished. Building in a mountain community presented its own set of challenges, and JRP Master Builders soon became recognized as a leader in both residential and commercial projects. Today, James is returning to his original East Texas origins, expanding JRP Master Builders efforts in his home community and surrounding areas.
